5 best website for buy houses in USA

A 2017 survey by the National Association of Realtors® reported 51% of buyers found their homes on the internet, 30% found homes through an agent, and a dwindling 7% discovered their eventual home through a yard sign or open house. This should tell you one thing: if you’re selling a house in 2018, you don’t just need to be on the internet, you need to be on the right real estate websites. So, exactly what are those websites? I’m so glad you asked because I’ve got a list of favorites below.

1. Zillow - Often used by homeowners to check their property’s value, Zillow boasts more than 100 million listings (with Google Earth views), not just those that are for sale. Their Zestimates, their estimated market value, give insight into a home’s worth using publicly available data, and users can ask questions and participate in advice forums in their online community. By using these house hunting websites, you can save yourself quite a bit of time and energy in your homebuying adventure. It can be a long journey, but if you arm yourself with the right resources, sealing the deal on your new home can more easily become a reality.

2. Realtor - As useful and sophisticated as real estate websites can be, they’re not a substitute for a real estate agent – and Realtor recognizes this. Focus on what you’re looking for in a property instead of stressing over jargon, paperwork, and technical documents.Realtor works closely with the National Association of Realtors, making them a professional and trustworthy place to start looking for a property. Because finding a realtor can be just as important as looking for a property, you can search for a realtor straight from the website, which has a register of more than one million agents. You can use Realtor to get pre-approved for a competitive mortgage as well as looking for your home and use the site to find out about a neighborhood. Enter in any address or city and you can find statistics about everything from crime rates to local schools.

3. Homefinder - HomeFinder is purely a listing tool. For $39 per month, you’ll be able to upload as many photos of your home as you’d like, easily share your listing on social media, and receive priority sorting, which means your listing will appear ahead of basic properties. HomeFinder also gives you the option of allowing home buyers or renters to email or call you directly.

4. Trulia - Trulia goes beyond static listings. They source insights from the people who live in your neighborhood to offer buyers neighborhood map overlays that provide deeper understanding of the community they’re buying into. See the prices of recently sold homes in your neighborhood and home values in your community. And, get advice from local real estate agents, brokers and others on Trulia Voices, their namesake real estate community.

5. Re/Max - Re/Max lists properties and provides agents for cities and countries all over the globe, although the majority of properties are focused in the U.S. They have a special collection of luxury properties – these are classed as properties worth at least twice the value of the average sold price in their zip code. They also have a section for commercial real estate, including acquisitions and dispositions. You can find financing options, loan amounts, and monthly payments for properties of interests using the integrated mortgage calculated.
